Update: I am going to see these apartments today.

I really didn't expect a callback from this guy about the apartments until one or more of the following occured:

a) I was already home [2 hours away].
b) I was more than halway home [more than an hour away].
c) Winged demon-monkeys from outerspace flew out of my butt [not sure when this will happen but I will let you know when it does. I think they are getting close to looking for a new place to live themselves].

But, amazingly I got the callback! Whoo hoo! And I get to leave work early because of it! SCORE!

Now, I just have to hope the apartments are nifty so I can tell my landlord I am moving when I hand them next months rent :)
